Learning about currencies
Background
Clinktellect is the ultimate currency companion, designed to satisfy the curiosity of collectors, travelers, and anyone with a passion for learning. Through engaging games, quizzes, and interactive features, Clinktellect makes mastering currency knowledge fun and rewarding.
Product Goal
The goal of the app is to provide a learning and social platform for people who are enthusiastic about currencies or want to improve their knowledge on money. By implementing mini games and quizzes, the aim is to make the platform fun and educational.
Inspiration
Idea expansion
The idea of this app came from my own experience of having trouble with handling cash for my first job when I moved to the UK. The exact same issue happen to one of my family member who also worked in retail. The idea of making an app that help people learn about global currencies was born.
Gamified Learning
I am a huge fan of education apps like Duolingo and SoloLearn, I believe gamified learning experiences are the best approach to modern education, so my approach to designing this app is to implement game mechanics to the learning aspect of the app.

Historic Currencies
When I was looking through global currencies, an idea of including historic money popped up. Currencies have evolved so much since the ancient times, before coins and notes are a common commodity, ancient civilizations had their versions of currencies.

As the second UX/UI design project for me, I have complete control over every single aspect of the app including logo design, the creative freedom allows me to put all my skills into the test.
One thing I notice is that I tried to fit a lot of features into the app, realistically speaking the amount of features I wanted to include was too much to implement all at once. I think I could have focused on fewer features to create a more polished and user-friendly experience.

Potential Product Features
- A section for users to social, eg: forum or "friend" feature
